Historic Old. St. George Church burns down!

The church that John & Tiffany got married in burned down last night. It was a historic building, built in 1868. Here's a pic taken before the fire:

So long for a beautiful building and a lot of memories! I was hoping the church would stand there forever. :(

Carving Pumpkins and "Pumpkin Guts"!

I know it's been forever since I've updated unfortunately but Dominic has been sick and my Dad is in the hospital after having surgery and all kinds of other problems. You can check out the updates on Dommie, my Dad, my school stuff, and some awesome new scrap pages at Mommie To A Dramanic.

Now, onto what you really want to see! Some updated photos of Dommie. These are from the night we carved our pumpkin. Dommie was hilarious, he didn't want to touch the "pumpkin guts" inside the pumpkin, but he was more than willing to touch them once they came out of the pumpkin. He would take them from the spoon and plot them into the bowl. One of the scrapbooking pages on Mommie to a Dramanic is about that.

Halloween is here!

Dommie is sick

Dominic woke up sunday night with a temperature and had a fever all day. It got up to 105.4! We took him to the doc and they said it's most likely a viral infection that's going around that should only last 2 or 3 days. They also took a throat culture to test for strep and will have the results by tomorrow. Tiffany stayed home with him yesterday and today. We've been keeping the temp down with tylenol and motrin, and a few impromptu baths. Hopefully we can avoid catching whatever it is that he has. Poor guy!

A Dommie Video!

This is a video of Dommie watching his favorite show right now! The Addie show! Addie is the little girl of one of the mommies on my mommie board. She and Dominic are actually only a few days apart in age. Every night when I get on the computer Dommie runs over and asks for "Addie" It's really too cute. He got shy when we turned the camera on this time but it's still pretty cute.
